A mid-June opening is slated for the opening of a downtown branch of The Omelet House, a local institution.
It will be just inside the valet-parking entrance of the Plaza Hotel & Casino. Famous for its zucchini sticks, Omelet House was
a Las Vegas Review-Journal staff pick for "Best Power Lunch." The Omelet House currently has two Vegas locations: 2160 W. Charleston Blvd.
and 316 N. Boulder Hwy. The downtown Omelet House will reportedly maintain the same 7 a.m.-3 p.m. hours as its outlying counterparts.
