Posts: 42 09/22/09 3:46 PM	This is a question I got from a friend of mine who got an offer from "M" who is going to a conference at GVR. She is staying on the strip a couple of days before the conference and she asked me if I thought that fare would be any higher to GVR from "M" than from the strip to GVR. She has never stayed at "M" but she wanted to stay somewhere different and they offered nights free. She goes to LV a lot. I saw her out there in July and she came out the week before to get a haircut.

It's a little bit of a hassle to use as you have to have the entire complete address of each rather than just typing in M resort etc. but I finally got it to work. According to the site Blonde provided GVR to M Resort is 6.6 miles with a cost of $19.00 without tip. I'm guessing that's half of what it would cost mid strip to M Resort.

Posts: 4717 09/22/09 4:46 PM	N & J, So are you saying your friend is thinking of staying at M instead of the Strip? If that's the case M provides a free shuttle to and from McCarran to M that would cut taxi costs as well.
