read trip reports all the time of people going to ghost towns, and Laughlin and hiking (God bless you Pnut) and I was wondering if there&#39;s something wrong
with us because we never want to do that stuff. We say we&#39;re going to go to a ghost town this time or drive

			<description><![CDATA[ Since the early &#39;80&#39;s I&#39;ve been to Vegas over 30 times but about half of those have been in the last 5 years.  I&#39;ve been with hubby, with
daughter and solo.

I think I like going with daughter best.  She and I like to do a lot of the same things.  She likes to stay at the Rio because she really likes the pool and I
like the atmosphere so it&#39;s a good fit for both of us. We do some sightseeing, eating, shows and just lazing around.

conferences.  We&#39;ve been with friends, business associates, family and by ourselves.

We&#39;ve stayed on the strip in many hotels, off the strip have stayed at many hotels.  We&#39;ve seen Valley of Fire, Red Rock Canyon, Hoover Dam, Boulder
City, Lake Mead, several golf courses.  Have taken a two day golf school at Angel Park.... ]]></description>

We&#39;ve only been 5 times so far so we still like to do a lot of the touristy things.  We always rent a car because we like to explore some of the off strip
casinos and places like Valley of Fire and Red Rock.  We usually see 3 shows each time and the days are spent doing a little gambling here and there, trying
new restaurants,... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ <font face="Verdana" color="#000099">Gambling, eating, checking out new/redone casinos, drinking a little and doing a lot of people-watching are on my list
every time I go to Vegas!  Whether I go solo or with someone else, those are my priorities.  Seeing a show or a lounge act (like Big Elvis) is more likely to
happen when I&#39;m solo, but lounge acts come into the picture more frequently when it&#39;s just me and my Mom.  We both enjoy watching and listening while
we play.

			<description><![CDATA[ The only places I&#39;ve gone off strip are Red Rock Canyon and Valley of Fire.  I really don&#39;t want to rent a car so it kind of limits us.  I&#39;m happy
being on the strip-eating, shopping, gambling.  I say if you are happy just eating and gambling (or drambling <img height="15" src="http://blonde4ever.yuku.com/domainskins/bypass/img/smileys/laugh.gif" width="15" alt="image">), then go for it-it&#39;s your vacation.

			<description><![CDATA[ As I travel to Vegas, I am on a research trip. Each time I go I try new hotels, spas, shows, casinos, gent&#39;s club etc. for the perfect trip. Then, before I
die, I will combine them all for a mind blowing excursion. There are so many things to try and my trips are usually limited to 4 days, so it may take awhile.
The fact that things change frequently just means that I have to keep trying the new things! Next trip in July I will try staying @ the Fitz &amp; Paris,

			<description><![CDATA[ Gamble, eat, sit by the pool, have a drink or two, gamble some more, eat some more, drink some more and eventually go to sleep.  Get up, get dressed, get
breakfast and bring it up to room for lovely wife, go for a walk and then repeat the day before.  One afternoon is usually dedicated to shopping and half of
one day for me will be hiking in Red Rock.  We generally stay for 6 days at a time.  I know that there are shows in Vegas, but we are not big show people.

I try to do a variety of things and like to include something that I
haven&#39;t done or seen on a previous trip.

Casino/Hotel that I have not become familiar with or a side trip tour that I have not seen? Many of the places that once were new to me are now being imploded

			<description><![CDATA[ For as long as I&#39;ve been going to Vegas, I&#39;ve done all of the &quot;touristy stuff&quot; I care to do. So I&#39;m like you...it&#39;s pretty much
gamble and dining that gets my attention. Naturally I like to see the new joints (haven&#39;t got a look at Palazzo yet) and catch a show every now and then,
but overall it&#39;s ganbling and pig&#39;n out.

			<description><![CDATA[ Mom I think it depends on how long your trip is and also where you are from. Our trips are always for a week. Our last trip in Dec we did just about what you
did. My hub had been running ragged at work and was exhausted but it can get real expensive if you don&#39;t have any wins.

What we have done in the past is have breakfast then play for an hour or so then head out to Red Rock and drive the loop. We are from the east so we don&#39;t
